Residential Life Officer

Hi! I’m Hamza. As Residential Life Officer, I’ll work to ensure that your desires, not those of administrators, shape your residential experience. Among other initiatives, I intend to advocate for free soap, and an extension of HUDS dinner hours, ensuring that your 7PM section doesn’t get between you and a hot bowl of fries. I’ll also support first-years as they transition to houses, and frequently solicit opinions from students across campus.

As a member of the College’s Committee on Student Life, I have established relationships with the directors of HUDS and HUHS, faculty deans in multiple houses, and the Dean of Students Office. I’m also an active member of the HUA, having served as a project team leader and the creator of the First-Year Team proposal. I hope you’ll give me the opportunity to leverage these experiences and connections to make your house the place you want it to be!
