The HUA is excited to announce the launch of our Winter Break Shuttle program through our United4Change branch. This program provides Harvard College students free transportation to Boston Logan Airport for winter break. Please follow the instructions below to secure a spot and use our shuttle service! If there is no availability for the time/day in which you are leaving campus, feel free to use our rideshare pairing form to get matched with someone who is traveling on the same day and at the same time as you, so you can save money!

How It Works: 

Option A: Shuttle Program 

Step 1: Make your travel arrangements (ie: Buy a flight Ticket) 

Step 2: Use the HUA reservation form to hold your seat on the shuttle 

Step 3: Join the HUA Winter Shuttle Program GroupMe 

Step 4: Read the HUA Shuttle Program Rider Guide 

Step 5: Travel to Boston Logan Airport for free! 

Option B: Rideshare Program

Step 1: Fill out the HUA Rideshare Pairing Form

Step 2: Get connected with a fellow traveling Harvard Student 

Step 3: Coordinate logistics among your pairs (Meet-Up Location & Time, Payment Plans, etc) 

Step 4: Travel to your destination knowing you saved money!
